I spent my Easter holiday at a hotel in the mountain area. I must say that the view from the room was amazing and I couldn't help but take pictures to show off to my friends. One of the things that I liked about the hotel was the ski-in/ski-out option. This was so convenient when I was going skiing and I didn't have to go through the hassle of driving to a different site. Also, the room service was top-notch and the staff was always friendly and ready to offer assistance.
There were a few things that I did not like about the hotel. For starters, the request for twin beds was not honored despite a confirmation. Secondly, the hotel was not in walking distance to the village and the shuttle only serviced a limited area. Lastly, the menu information provided in the room was outdated, which led to misunderstandings at the restaurant. the hotel was great but there were some minor issues that could be improved.

The room service was great, and the spa staff and ski room employees were amazing. I enjoyed the perfect location for skiing - it was genuinely a ski-in/ski-out option.
During checkout it was mentioned that we had requested twin beds which were not arranged as requested. Despite being my birthday during my stay, there was no attention given to it, which I find discourteous for a five-star hotel.

The ski-in/ski-out option was perfect for us as avid skiers. The staff at the spa and ski room & shop were fantastic, providing great service throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.
Cannot find any fault.

Located right on the ski slope, this hotel is perfect for ski lovers and offers ski-in/ski-out option. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from their room, and the service provided by the staff at the spa and ski room & shop is fantastic. Room and bathroom are highly comfortable and room service is remarkable.
One of the menus is outdated, leading to confusion among guests.
